What you will do

• Analyse and interpret large operational and customer datasets to support delivery decision-making.
• Organise, clean, and manipulate delivery and subcontractor information using Advanced Excel.
• Perform customer-to-subcontractor mapping to ensure optimal delivery allocation.
• Maintain and update comprehensive subcontractor and customer databases.
• Generate reports, insights, and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for accurate planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (Remote/WFH).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
• Experience with Power BI is a MUST.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Nice to have

• Background in freight, logistics, or transport industries.
• Experience creating visual reports and interactive dashboards.
