What you will do

• Prepare beverage prototypes for various applications, including carbonated drinks, juices, sports, energy, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages.
• Apply flavors and processing conditions to meet customer project briefs and requirements.
• Ensure consistency and quality by measuring physical and chemical parameters using refractometers, acid titrators, and carbonation testers.
• Conduct physical stability evaluations of flavored prototypes under various storage temperatures and conditions.
• Support sensory evaluation sessions and assist in the preparation of bulk samples for stability testing.
• Collaborate with the Applications team to develop prototypes for customer presentations and innovation days.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet scheduled timelines.
• Willingness to operate beverage processing and packaging equipment such as carbonators and canning machines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation skills (photo/video).
• Passion for beverage innovation and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team.
