What you will do

• Design and produce direct-response paid social static creative for Meta testing sprints to drive specific user actions.
• Create fresh variations and format extensions from winning concepts for continued testing.
• Apply and maintain the company's brand and design system across all creative assets.
• Translate briefs and performance data into strong, on-brand first drafts with minimal redirection.
• Maintain clean and organized design files, templates, and asset libraries for reusability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic or visual design experience, specifically in paid social or performance creative.
• A strong portfolio showcasing craft, range, and fundamentals of typography and layout.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to work fast and iterate at high volume without sacrificing quality.
• Fluency in using generative AI tools to accelerate design workflows.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills and experience with After Effects.
• Previous experience working in fintech or other regulated industries.
• Track record of iterating designs based on performance signals (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
