Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Source and engage technical candidates across AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and full-stack development.
• Screen applicants with AI assistance and coordinate interviews and next steps.
• Manage recruiting pipelines from sourcing through screening, interviews, and offer closing.
• Use GenAI tools to automate recruiting tasks, accelerate candidate research, and improve workflows.
• Maintain ATS data, track recruiting metrics, and improve templates, checklists, and processes.
• Support in-person recruiting events and represent hirify.global and AI Fund professionally.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
• Hands-on experience hiring technical talent in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or full-stack development.
• Experience managing multiple pipelines and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Creative sourcing skills using varied information sources.
• Ability to work in-office in Taipei, Taiwan.
• Strong technical understanding, organization, collaboration, ownership, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Basic ability to write code, including using AI to assist with coding.
• Experience recruiting AI talent or expertise with AI technology.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
