Senior Technical Recruiter (Semiconductor)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; proof of the right to work in Taiwan is required

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to define hiring strategies and technical candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing plans and pipelines for engineering and technical roles using multiple channels and recruiting networks.
• Conduct recruiter screenings, coordinate technical assessments and interviews, and guide selection decisions.
• Lead offer preparation, compensation discussions, negotiations, background checks, and onboarding transitions.
• Track recruiting KPIs, maintain ATS data, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 5 years focused on technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for software, firmware, hardware, semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, or related engineering functions.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills are required.
• Successful background and reference checks and proof of the right to work in Taiwan are required.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in firmware, semiconductor, technology, embedded systems, or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of BIOS/firmware, BMC/MegaRAC, embedded software, Linux, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, quality assurance, or technical program management.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and hiring across APAC.
• Knowledge of Taiwan employment practices and compensation market trends.
