What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and security audits covering cloud infrastructure, security operations, IAM, and data protection.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of internal auditors and co-sourced resources.
• Drive integrated assurance by partnering with risk, compliance, and technology teams to maximize control coverage.
• Shape executive-level reporting for senior management and the Audit Committee on technology control effectiveness.
• Provide independent challenge on major initiatives such as cloud migrations and new product launches.
• Modernize audit execution by implementing data analytics, automation, and generative AI for continuous monitoring.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in internal audit with a deep focus on IT and information security.
• Proven success leading global IT audit portfolios across US, EMEA, and APAC jurisdictions.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud-based stacks, SDLC, and cloud security configurations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CPA.
• Fluency with frameworks including NIST, COBIT, and ITIL.
• Experience managing global teams across different time zones.
