Salary: $155,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and rollout of enterprise data discovery, classification, and AI governance capabilities.
• Design policy-based controls to monitor and protect AI prompts, responses, and development artifacts in real-time.
• Secure AI-native artifacts including Markdown prompt files, cursor rules, and Model Context Protocol configurations.
• Architect integrations with enterprise DLP, CASB, SIEM, and identity management workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to align security implementations with cloud migration and AI expansion roadmaps.
• Provide technical mentorship to mid-level engineers and contribute to enterprise deployment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in DLP, data classification, or cloud/enterprise security architecture.
• Current CISSP certification is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Nice to have

• Demonstrated success supporting Federal contracts.
• Hands-on experience securing generative AI and LLM-enabled workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell).
