Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or near one of the specified office locations (Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; Springfield, MO) with at least 1 day per week in office.

Salary: $48,350 - $78,000

What you will do

• Complete worksteps within complex, risk-based internal audit engagements.
• Test processes and controls across various business units and personnel.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor management action plans and recommend security, operations, or compliance enhancements.
• Coordinate tasks with internal and external assurance providers and risk assessors.
• Prepare concise written reports communicating observations, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 18 months of professional experience in IT auditing or general controls testing.
• Experience with COBIT or NIST frameworks.
• Experience with SOX testing.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings, events, or training.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CFE, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CIA, PMP, CITP, or CPA).
• Experience with cloud architecture and cybersecurity.
• Experience with IIA standards and audit report writing.
• Expertise in auditing logical access, disaster recovery, and change management.
• Interest in the growing role of AI.
