Salary: $182,000 – $242,000

What you will do

• Lead incident response efforts, conducting in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and driving post-incident reviews to prevent service degradation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize core service performance, robustness, and supportability at scale.
• Own system observability and health using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively detect performance bottlenecks.
• Design and automate the entire server hardware lifecycle, from provisioning to end-of-life.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with upstream communities, including Go and Redfish-based services.
• Partner with Fleet Operations to design scalable self-service tooling to reduce escalation overhead.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with Go.
• Experience deploying containerized applications using Kubernetes and working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Proven experience serving on an on-call rotation supporting production services.
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) for export control compliance.
