What you will do

• Plan technical approaches, resources, schedules, and budgets for testing and evaluating new systems and products.
• Design test fixtures, equipment, and detailed specifications throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs using expert knowledge of test engineering concepts and principles.
• Optimize solutions by developing new theories and methods to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers, project teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/STEM with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
• Outstanding communication skills for frequent contact with project teams and external customers.

Nice to have

• Experience using Cloud for large-scale test environments.
• Ability to apply AI for Integration and Test and continuous improvement.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple technical areas.
