Salary: $79,400.00 - $112,175.00

What you will do

• Perform technical triage on EASY system applications to diagnose root causes and implement resolutions within SLAs.
• Monitor production performance of back-end processes, mitigate program failures, and escalate critical issues.
• Configure and maintain the EASY Workload Automation Tool using CA Workload Automation AutoSys.
• Serve as a liaison between Systems Application Support and development teams to report software defects.
• Lead strategic initiatives to identify and implement process automation opportunities for back-end applications.
• Collaborate with international counterparts in Bangalore to ensure production continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in production support for back-end transactional processing systems.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with workload automation tools and enterprise software technical support.
• Proficiency in UNIX (C shell, Korn shell), Perl scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship, CPT, or OPT available.
