IT Production Support Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain production environments to ensure system availability and stability.
• Manage high-priority incidents, performing initial triage and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
• Analyze complex issues to identify root causes and raise defects through ITIL processes.
• Enhance monitoring and automation to proactively identify potential system issues.
• Create data and file remediation scripts under Change Management controls.
• Participate in an on-call rota and work a shift pattern between 07:00 and 19:00.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience supporting business-critical production systems.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
• Proficiency in SQL for investigation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work a shift pattern between 07:00 and 19:00 and participate in an on-call rota.
