What you will do

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems powering customer support and compliance automation.
• Architect a reusable platform of primitives and orchestration tools to enable AI adoption across various domains.
• Lead the technical strategy for moving LLM-based applications from prototype to production, focusing on grounding and reliability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, compliance, and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers across the team on system design, coding standards, and AI/ML best practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of backend software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Golang or similar systems languages.
• Proven track record of shipping production LLM-based or Agentic AI applications.
• Demonstrated ability to architect distributed systems handling massive scale.
• Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive platform adoption.
• Track record of influencing technical direction across multiple teams and mentoring senior engineers.
• Availability for quarterly in-person "surges" is required.
