What you will do

• Lead the full algorithm development lifecycle from requirements gathering and data curation to production deployment and maintenance.
• Select and implement appropriate modeling techniques, balancing deep learning with traditional statistical or signal processing methods.
• Enhance internal ML/DL tools and model architectures to improve team efficiency and enable rapid experimentation.
• Ensure high-quality implementations through rigorous testing, documentation, CI/CD, and non-regression testing.
• Present technical results to stakeholders and assist in shaping the impact of algorithms on client projects.
• Collaborate with neuroscientists, clinicians, and engineers to solve complex biosignal analysis challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, preferably in regulated health sciences.
• Proven track record of bringing algorithms into production environments.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Strong background in digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics.
• Experience with biosignals, medical imaging, or large time-series datasets.
• Expertise in software engineering best practices including version control, Docker, CI/CD, and experiment tracking.
