What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hirify.global policies and procedures.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and cash flow statements in collaboration with managers.
• Produce detailed variance reports and financial statements to assist in fund control and monitoring.
• Handle client invoicing, accounts receivable, and vendor payments using Workday and Adaptive systems.
• Contribute to the testing and installation of financial system enhancements and upgrades.
• Maintain records of IT Services assets and coordinate with internal units for billing and collections.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or Payroll CPA Level 2.
• At least 4 years of related financial experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the hirify.global Vancouver Campus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

• Two-year business/financial management diploma.
• Experience working within the IT industry.
