What you will do

• Clean, inspect, and measure complex optical substrates to ensure quality.
• Set up tooling and load parts into coating chambers for production runs.
• Read and interpret technical prints to determine surface quality, dimensions, and packaging requirements.
• Identify and handle non-conforming materials according to scrap procedures.
• Perform final inspections based on ISO and military standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boulder, CO.
• Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
