What you will do
- Build, maintain, and enhance internal data science tools, pipelines, and AI-powered applications.
- Perform quantitative data analysis to support client projects and business outcomes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase overall business efficiency.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new data and AI tools across various teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership through LinkedIn content and conference presentations.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or another numerate discipline.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modelling, or visualisation.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression, and p-values.
- Experience contributing to analytical or machine learning projects (academic, internship, or personal).
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days a week.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI or LLM applications, such as OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience deploying internal or web-based data tools.
