What you will do

• Develop semantic frameworks to categorize user intent, model behavior, and interaction patterns.
• Analyze large-scale unstructured conversation datasets to identify failure patterns and successful interaction markers.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments to evaluate product iterations and drive roadmap decisions.
• Build models and metrics to link AI feature usage to activation, retention, and cost efficiency.
• Create pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools to democratize data access across the organization.
• Mentor product analysts to raise the technical bar and introduce new analytical methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Product Analytics.
• Proven experience analyzing conversation, chat, or dialogue data at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven products (LLMs, ranking, generation).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for building reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Deep expertise in experimentation design and statistical inference.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP, text analytics, or embedding-based analysis.
• Proficiency with product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Experience building semantic search or relevance scoring systems.
