What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
• Design, build, and validate Marketing Mix Models (MMM) using advanced econometric techniques.
• Develop predictive models for campaign performance, customer behaviour, and business outcomes.
• Implement cutting-edge statistical approaches including Bayesian modelling, machine learning, and causal inference.
• Serve as the primary analytical consultant for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Research and implement new analytical methodologies to drive marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), including media saturation curves and adstock effects.
• Strong background in econometrics, time series analysis, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python with libraries such as tidyverse, scikit-learn, PyMC3, or Stan.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies like SQL and Spark.
• Proven experience managing and developing technical teams in an agency or consulting environment.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
