What you will do

• Establish and maintain remote relationships with partners to promote product usage and meet growth targets.
• Conduct video-based business reviews and present performance-related data to partners.
• Provide ongoing training and operational support to merchant managers and their staff.
• Execute day-to-day activities to guide partners toward success and product adoption.
• Track and review partner information and performance using Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Collaborate with merchants' upper management to provide strategic insights and updates.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Ability to manage a book of business accounts independently and efficiently.
• Experience handling escalated merchant issues and providing resolutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone and Zoom etiquette.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
