What you will do

• Develop and execute a bold, multi-platform social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Define and maintain the brand voice to drive trust and engagement among B2G and B2B audiences.
• Manage daily channel operations, including content calendars, publishing, and real-time engagement.
• Partner with creative, content, and communications teams to amplify product launches and storytelling initiatives.
• Utilize social listening, competitor benchmarking, and analytics to guide iteration and measure KPIs.
• Recruit and lead a dedicated social team as the function scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in high-growth tech or mission-driven companies.
• Proven track record of building and scaling social followings from scratch.
• Deep expertise across major social platforms and audience psychology.
• Strong blend of creative campaign conceptualization and data-driven impact analysis.
• Experience managing crisis communications and sensitive online conversations.
• Must be based in the United States
