What you will do

• Set the technical direction and establish engineering patterns for the audience data platform.
• Build and maintain APIs, services, and infrastructure powering tens of billions of records.
• Lead the migration of workloads to hirify.global's Modern SaaS (MSaaS) cloud-first platform.
• Develop large-scale data engineering foundations, including streaming and storage pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn audience data into scalable customer-facing features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.

Requirements

• Experience driving cross-functional projects and communicating technical aspects to diverse teams.
• Strong background in distributed systems, including load management, monitoring, and resiliency.
• Experience modernizing or migrating systems onto cloud-first or Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Expertise in building and operating large-scale data pipelines and event streaming.
• Coding proficiency in PHP, Go, Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes-based platforms.
