What you will do

• Develop and execute the vision for the claims quality improvement function.
• Create and maintain file audit dashboards to track performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Implement automated systematic claims handling quality file review and audit processes.
• Collaborate with claims leadership to establish policies, standards, and best-practice workflows.
• Conduct quality and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory adherence and service excellence.
• Analyze audit results to develop management action plans for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in auto claims handling
• 2+ years of experience in claims compliance or quality assurance
• Extensive knowledge of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Must not require visa sponsorship

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Project management experience
• Database proficiency
• Professional certifications such as AINS, AIS, CPCU, SCLA, or AIC
