What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic GTM projects from ideation to implementation.
• Manage the GTM motion, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery of critical activities for major launches.
• Identify operational inefficiencies in the GTM process and develop coordinated change management solutions.
• Partner with Ads Monetization Leadership to prioritize and execute business-driving initiatives.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product ops, or strategy & operations.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in process design and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Passion for AI and a track record of using it for data analysis.
• Knowledge and experience in digital advertising.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with the social media landscape and hirify.global products.
