What you will do

• Design composable voice AI architectures integrating STT, LLM, and TTS models with hirify.global infrastructure (SageMaker AI, EKS, Fargate).
• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from initial architecture workshops through production deployment.
• Develop TCO models to demonstrate cost and performance advantages of composable stacks on hirify.global over competitors.
• Create reference architectures and blueprints to enable the broader field to execute voice AI engagements at scale.
• Coordinate with 3P voice model providers and orchestration framework companies on joint solution development.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable feedback for hirify.global service teams to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Austin, Atlanta, or Mountain View).
• 8+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
• 6+ years of experience in technology domains such as cloud computing, systems engineering, or infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience in the design, implementation, or consulting of applications and infrastructures.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI orchestration frameworks like Pipecat, LiveKit, or NVIDIA Riva/NeMo.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production using GPUs, Neuron, or TPU acceleration hardware.
• Knowledge of automatic contact routing, VoIP, or contact center case management tools.
• Experience working with developer communities.
