What you will do

• Lead delivery of production-grade systems, reference architectures, and AI/ML model integrations for strategic customers.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end design and deployment of large-scale big data and AI applications.
• Own architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to provide implementation feedback and resolve product issues.
• Embed with customer teams and stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and deliver measurable impact.
• Develop reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale impact across multiple accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and knowledge of its runtime internals.
• Working knowledge of MLOps, AI APIs, and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Must be based in Boston, Massachusetts and available for 20% travel.
