What you will do

• Monitor the load lifecycle from shipment to delivery using both electronic tools and direct phone communication.
• Provide timely freight updates to customers and internal operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all shipment-related scenarios.
• Use critical thinking to manage load boards and escalate visibility issues.
• Investigate and resolve unusual customer problems or order delays.
• Process driver expense payments as required.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with professional proficiency in both.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Queretaro, Mexico.
