What you will do

• Manage front-end development and CMS structures within Webflow.
• Lead the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program through A/B and multivariate testing.
• Develop and execute organic search strategies, including technical SEO and emerging AEO practices.
• Maintain governance across domain properties, ensuring design consistency and performance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to deliver web initiatives.
• Analyze performance data using GA4 and Search Console to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or web management.
• Hands-on expertise with Webflow CMS and site configuration.
• Strong background in technical and on-page SEO.
• Proficiency in experimentation platforms like VWO or Optimizely.
• Functional front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and Core Web Vitals.
