Salary: $140,000–$180,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure using IaC.
• Deploy and scale mission-critical services using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Reduce operational toil through automation and self-service platforms.
• Partner with technical teams to design security controls and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Lead high-impact reliability and resiliency efforts to influence platform strategy.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, or protected individual) due to ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code deployment processes.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of networking and Linux internals.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience owning the full lifecycle of infrastructure deployments using Terraform or Ansible.
• Track record of driving technical strategy across teams.
