Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud/AIOps)

Location: US; remote opportunity indicated by #BI-Remote.

What you will do

• Implement SRE practices that maintain resilient, reliable, and observable infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Own availability, performance, scalability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Use AI and AIOps for intelligent observability, incident prediction, automated remediation, and CloudOps automation.
• Automate operational runbooks and support CI/CD pipelines aligned with branching and quality assurance strategies.
• Optimize applications and infrastructure, evaluate emerging technologies, and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Participate in 365/24/7 on-call duties, lead incident triage and root-cause analysis, and act as Incident Commander.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years programming in C#/.NET, Java, or a similar language.
• 5+ years with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code using Azure DevOps, Harness, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, or similar tools.
• 5+ years with production monitoring using Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
• 5+ years scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience supporting 24x7 client-facing production systems, including production security and post-deployment validation.
• Experience with AI/AIOps, CloudOps automation, Kubernetes, containers, and AKS/EKS.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing SQL/Cosmos databases; knowledge of cloud networking, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Strong DevOps, automation, troubleshooting, and reliability skills; ability to work independently, meet milestones, and collaborate with SRE and software engineering teams.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
