What you will do

• Lead business analysis for complex technology initiatives, defining scope and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Develop analytical models and prototypes to support executive decision-making.
• Apply GenAI tools to analyze code repositories, Jira/Confluence content, and test evidence for impact analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support solution design and technical specifications.
• Manage QA activities, including automated test case creation and independent validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or software delivery within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets, specifically Sales & Trading or Investment Banking.
• Experience working with trade, position, and reference data.
• Practical experience using GenAI tools in BA/PM workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trade Surveillance or market abuse monitoring.
• Background in highly regulated, risk-focused environments.
• Experience creating reusable prompts or lightweight AI agents to improve delivery governance.
