What you will do

• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram using Sprout Social.
• Design on-brand graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters using CRM platforms like SharpSpring and AgencyZoom.
• Format and upload blog content to WordPress, including sourcing supporting graphics.
• Generate monthly social media analytics reports using standardized templates.
• Perform data entry, list scrubbing, and client targeting categorization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
• Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with WordPress for blog publishing and content formatting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
