What you will do

• Perform testing, inspections, and quality checks on incoming materials and finished goods.
• Conduct dimensional and functional testing using precision measuring instruments.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records according to company procedures.
• Identify nonconforming materials and assist in root cause analysis (CAPA).
• Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in Houston, Texas, USA for on-site work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality Assurance or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of quality control or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
