What you will do

• Perform in-process quality inspections on products during the production cycle.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns promptly to minimize production impact.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages.
• Manage quality records and perform data entry within a computer-based ERP system.
• Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials.
• Assist with first article sampling inspections, audits, and root cause analysis activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically with product inspection.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing.
