What you will do

• Lead architecture design and implementation of cloud-native solutions for identity fraud detection and risk analysis on AWS.
• Manage technical strategy and make key architecture decisions for digital intelligence and device fingerprinting domains.
• Design and implement high-volume, low-latency RESTful services and event-driven platforms using Kafka.
• Establish coding standards, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Embed AI and ML capabilities into product features, including fraud and anomaly detection and risk scoring.
• Partner with product, data science, and security leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda).
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven track record of architecting mission-critical systems serving millions of requests with high availability.
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous processing, message brokers (Kafka), and database optimization.
• Experience leading technical strategy and aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
• Must have valid US work authorization (implied by US-specific benefits and pay scales).
