Salary: $181,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and create all PCB/PCBA symbols and models, covering the workflow from Schematic to PCB footprints to 3D models.
• Ensure accurate PLM tool input for all PCBA's used in prototype and volume production.
• Collaborate closely with Electrical Engineering, PCB Layout, and Mechanical Engineering teams.
• Provide additional support for PCB layout work during peak periods.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Librarian.
• Expert proficiency with Cadence Library Creator and Cadence ECAD-MCAD tools.
• Working knowledge of the IPC-7351 footprint standard and deep understanding of footprint design.
• Experience with library configuration management.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate part creations across multiple functional groups.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mountain View, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with System Administration of Cadence tools.
