Salary: $120,000 - $176,000

What you will do

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans for web-based and data-centric applications.
• Perform integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in distributed environments.
• Verify data integrity and flow across large-scale analytics and ingestion pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and end users in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).
• Willingness to obtain a CI Poly.
• 14+ years of total professional technical experience, with 5+ years in software testing/QA.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Python, or JavaScript.
• BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data tech (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with cloud-native apps (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience as a military or intelligence analyst.
