What you will do

• Own the global GTM strategy for Workforce Planning solutions to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Lead and scale a team of Workforce Planning Advisory Consultants delivering strategic programs for enterprise clients.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align solutions with market and customer demand.
• Establish and optimize consulting methodologies, standards, and best practices for customer engagements.
• Serve as the executive face for critical engagements, building relationships with C-suite and HR/Finance executives.
• Channel customer feedback and domain knowledge back into Product and Development teams to enhance technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Workforce Planning, management consulting, or enterprise software delivery in HR tech or Finance.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling software or services businesses for large enterprises (5,000+ employees).
• Strong expertise in modern Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) practices, talent analytics, and financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of how AI, automation, and skills-gap analysis impact organizational design.
• Ability to guide enterprise clients through change management from static to continuous planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support global initiatives primarily in Europe and North America.
