Location: Must be based in the US (Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York City) with a hybrid work schedule.

Salary: $213,000—$263,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ML model development for safety-critical driving behaviors.
• Design experiments and assess results to drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop strategies to gather and improve the quality of required training data.
• Communicate the benefits and limitations of new models and metrics to partner teams.
• Integrate and deploy models and metrics on fleet-wide data.
• Manage both tactical and strategic project timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ML modeling experience in large-scale production environments.
• Strong understanding of physics, geometry, and dynamics.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new frameworks using AI tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML models for autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in SQL.
