What you will do

• Manage UI libraries and templates to ensure scalability across programs, regions, and display scopes.
• Review new features with designers to maintain quality and consistency in execution.
• Collaborate with governance to identify and resolve deviations from design system standards.
• Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure design-to-code alignment.
• Act as a program expert regarding display configurations and historical framework decisions.
• Champion UI excellence and advocate for high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or design systems.
• Degree in Interface Design, Visual Design, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in building and maintaining design systems in Figma (component architecture, variants, documentation).
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in prototyping.
• Experience in software and/or hardware development.
• Deep understanding of the automotive competitive landscape.
