What you will do

• Lead project and design efforts from concept through completion for complex building systems.
• Prepare and direct the creation of design documents, system layouts, detailed drawings, and specifications.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance and oversight to less experienced designers and engineers.
• Perform research on system feasibility and evaluate products for specific applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and customers to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct job site visits to verify existing conditions and monitor construction progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural).
• PE license required.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience (or 10 years with a high school diploma).
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, RCDD).

Nice to have

• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Sustainability certifications such as LEED, WELL, or CDP.
