What you will do

• Develop Data Handling Guidelines (DHG) and provide expert advice to clients.
• Oversee the planning and execution of data change requests within the hirify.global platform.
• Manage JIRA ticketing systems to coordinate data implementations with internal teams.
• Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements through rigorous quality assurance.
• Utilize Looker to review and communicate findings via comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional study teams to ensure seamless data workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Argentina
• 2+ years of experience in clinical data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Looker.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory guidelines.
