What you will do

• Design and maintain dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions.
• Analyze healthcare, revenue cycle, and financial data to identify actionable trends.
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to gather requirements and deliver analytics.
• Build and optimize enterprise-level reporting processes with a focus on data quality.
• Support Value-Based Care and Population Health initiatives through consultative analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Applied Science.
• 3-4 years of experience in a healthcare or business setting.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of EMR data structures such as Epic, Cerner, or McKesson.
• Experience with curated datasets and data cubes.
