What you will do

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on power delivery projects, including substation, transmission, and distribution design.
• Create technical design products such as single line diagrams, equipment general arrangements, and bill of materials.
• Perform power system studies including load flow, short circuit, grounding, and arc flash analysis.
• Develop computer-based models for power system simulation.
• Prepare project documentation, cost estimates, and budget reports.
• Research and apply applicable electrical codes and standards to project designs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced design environment.
