PR Associate (EMEA)

TL;DR

PR Associate (EMEA): Supporting the execution of integrated brand PR campaigns and managing press office operations for the UK and EMEA markets with an accent on creative messaging, media relations, and agency coordination. Location: Must be based in Slough, England (Hybrid work model).

Salary: GBP £37,440 – £44,460 per year.

What you will do

• Support the execution of integrated brand PR campaigns and events for the UK market.
• Act as a central hub for creative messaging, assets, and materials for the EMEA region.
• Coordinate the network of PR agencies, including coverage reporting and media list vetting.
• Manage the EMEA press inbox and distribute inbound requests to relevant market agencies.
• Drive trade show participation across the UK and EMEA.
• Handle administrative tasks including raising purchase orders and logging data in finance systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing a press office and utilizing media monitoring tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.
• Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
