Salary: £42,000 – £48,000

What you will do

• Lead the refresh of internal communication channels to improve clarity and reduce noise.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of a new company intranet, including MVP development and long-term platform strategy.
• Establish content architecture, governance, and ownership models for internal platforms.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to enhance search and publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across People and Technology teams to support business-wide change initiatives.
• Contribute to company-wide internal communications, including inclusion and impact-focused messaging.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 60% of the time.
• Significant experience in internal communications within a fast-moving, international business.
• Proven track record in designing, launching, or refreshing intranets with a focus on information architecture.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience evaluating digital employee experience platforms and making evidence-based recommendations.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its application in improving communication processes.
