What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to drive organizational engagement.
• Devise strategic media and PR campaigns to increase the profile of hirify.global Children in Need and drive public engagement.
• Collaborate with wider hirify.global teams to support PR activities tied to Appeal programming and partnership campaigns.
• Lead the identification of media opportunities aligned with the daily news agenda.
• Manage press materials and media relations, including proactive and reactive reputational risk management.
• Plan and deliver press events such as photoshoots, visits, and launches.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and delivering both internal and external communication strategies.
• Proven track record in corporate communications, with a particular focus on internal comms.
• Established journalist contacts across national, consumer, and trade media.
• Strong experience in crisis communication.
• Ability to act as a proactive self-starter and generate high-quality creative ideas.
