Salary: $231,000 - $300,000+

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Own the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle, managing onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Identify and drive strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on platform usage data and business goals.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform metrics into C-level ROI.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from engineering leads up to CISOs and CTOs.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Deep understanding of web security (WAF, DDoS, TLS, Zero Trust/SASE) and networking (BGP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Broad technical expertise in cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Must be currently based in the New York metropolitan area.
• Integration of AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode) into daily development cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills for both engineering whiteboard sessions and strategic C-suite reviews.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Workers, Workers AI, AI Gateway, or Vectorize.
• Applied AI knowledge including prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go for writing integration scripts and API connectors.
• Cloud or security industry certifications.
