Salary: $160,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Own security end-to-end across application code, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and factory-floor OT systems.
• Scale security through automation, building agentic tooling and self-enforcing guardrails.
• Analyze unfamiliar manufacturing systems to identify risks and design tailored security controls.
• Implement practical foundations for CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, and ITAR compliance.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents, turning them into systemic, automated fixes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR requirement).
• 4+ years of experience in security, software, or platform engineering with hands-on security ownership.
• Proficiency in coding (Go, Python, or similar) to build security tooling and SDKs.
• Experience with agentic systems or LLM-based automation.
• Strong breadth across application, cloud, Kubernetes, identity, and network security.

Nice to have

• GCC High administration or migration experience.
• Security experience in manufacturing or OT environments.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR and CUI marking requirements.
• Ability to mentor and grow a security team.
