What you will do

• Design and deploy secure reference architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement and audit IAM policies, MFA, and least-privilege access models.
• Manage cloud-native security tools and integrate logs with SIEM for threat detection.
• Lead incident response efforts for cloud-related security events.
• Triage and investigate Cloud DLP alerts while optimizing policy rulesets.
• Develop automation scripts and serverless functions to enhance security operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Jose, California
• Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Unix shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native network security and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with CSPM/CNAPP platforms like Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or Microsoft Defender.
• Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and cloud compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Security Specialty certification.
• Azure Administrator or Security Engineer certification.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification.
• (ISC)² CCSP or CISSP certification.
